Our furnace kept short cycling every few minutes once the cold snap hit. Owen traced it to a dirty flame sensor and a filter that was choking the system, cleaned everything up and showed me how to check the filter myself. Warm house the same evening.
Replaced our old AC and furnace with a heat pump and gas backup. The crew finished in one day, hauled everything away and the new system is so much quieter. Matt came back a week later just to check the settings.
Booked a fall maintenance visit online and got a text when the tech was on his way. He was thorough, wore shoe covers, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.
Added a mini split to our sunroom. They explained where the line set would run and kept it neat and hidden behind the downspout. The room is finally usable in July.
Great experience with the duct cleaning. They let me watch the camera before and after, and the dust in our basement shop is way down.
Second year using Larkspur for our rental duplex. Both units' AC serviced in one visit, notes emailed to me that afternoon. Makes life easy for a landlord who lives across town.
