Our water heater started leaking from the bottom on a Monday morning. Daniel came out that afternoon, showed us where the tank had rusted through and walked us through the options without any pressure. The new heater was in by Tuesday and he hauled the old one away. Hot showers again and a very tidy garage.

Kitchen drain kept backing up no matter how much we snaked it. They ran a camera down the line and found roots in the old clay pipe out by the sidewalk. Showed me the video on a tablet so I could see it myself. Cleared it the same day and explained what we could do long term.

Replaced two toilets and the shutoff valves under both bathroom sinks. Everything was explained before they started, they put down drop cloths, and they cleaned up better than I would have. Friendly and on time.

We had a pinhole leak in a copper line inside the basement ceiling. They found it quickly, cut out the bad section and replaced it, and pointed out two other spots worth watching. Honest people who clearly know old Spokane houses.

Our sump pump quit right before a big spring rain. They swapped it out that evening and tested it with a bucket of water in front of me so I knew it worked. Basement stayed dry. Really appreciate how calm and clear they were.

Called about low water pressure upstairs. Turned out to be a failing pressure regulator on the main line. They explained it in plain words, replaced it, and the shower finally works the way it should.
