Refund Policy

Our policy

• The one-time $69 build and launch fee is non-refundable. It covers the work of building your website.
• Monthly fees are non-refundable, including for partial months.
• You can cancel any time. We stop sending payment requests. Your website stays online until the end of the month you have already paid for.

This does not affect any rights you have under applicable law.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice or charged after you canceled, email us and we will refund the incorrect charge.

How to cancel

Email nokturbay@gmail.com with your client number (you'll find it in your client account).

Who processes payments

Payments are processed by Payoneer, our payment provider. Refunds of incorrect charges are sent back the same way you paid.
